Philosophy

At the Orlando Wakeboard Academy, we believe wakeboarding is a sport that should be based on having fun with friends and family while allowing each person to push themselves beyond their expectations. As the instructors, we use our life-long passion for wakeboarding along with our eighteen years of combined coaching experience to create an enjoyable yet progress-oriented atmosphere that we believe aids our students in achieving their goals.

At the Academy, we teach people of all ages and skill levels, from ages 4 to 74, and from beginners to pros. Our experience has given us a firm grip on the fundamentals of the sport and, more importantly, how to communicate them to others. We always assess the skill level of the student, making sure they have a firm understanding of the basics, before moving on to the more technical moves.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most flexible and affordable wakeboard schools in Orlando. So whether you’re looking for a quick run on the lake in between visiting Orlando’s many attractions, or you want to wakeboard every day for a month, the Academy will cater to your individual needs.

The Orlando Wakeboard Academy grew out of our love for wakeboarding, and through its establishment we have found it to be not only a great opportunity to spend all our time out on the water, but a chance to pass along our love for the sport as well. Our promise to our customers is to provide a fun-filled, educational, and superior wakeboarding experience.
